e-HIPAA

A Payer's web-based front end for Providers with

  • On-line claim entry
  • Eligibility check
  • Claims status check and other messages
  • Built according to X12 EDI standards

e-HIPAA is an application for payers who want to offer to their provider network an easy access to the most common transactions.

e-HIPAA lets providers enter claims on-line. Those claims are in EDI compliant format and can be converted to 837 files, which makes the import into a claim system with the existing EDI process  seamless and avoids manual claim entry.

The implementation of e-HIPAA requires the creation of some custom interfaces which can be created together with your resources. The source code for e-HIPAA is available for those who just want a start in provider web interfaces and take of in their own direction. e-HIPAA is written in Visual Studio 2010 in VB.Net and uses MS SQL Server or any other database.

The e-HIPAA software is under development. We welcome inquiries and actively search for implementations.
