How much does HIPAAsuite cost?

1. The complete HIPAAsuite with all the listed modules is $25,000 for the server and one client.
2. Each additional client is $2,500
3. The yearly maintenance fee that guarantees upgrades and service is 20% of the sale price
4. Price includes data base licenses by IBM.

How much does HIPAA Communication Center cost?

1. The HIPAA Communication Center is included in HIPAAsuite. As a seperate product, it costs $7,500.
2. The yearly maintenance fee that guarantees upgrades and service is 20% of the sale price

How much does HIPAA Direct Submit cost?

1. The HIPAA Direct Submit Web portal costs $4,000. It is only available combined with either HIPAAsuite or HIPAA CommCenter

Is the source code available?

The source code for the HIPAAsuite is generally not available, but can be placed in escrow with a software escrow agency. It would be released under certain circumstances. The cost for software escrow range generally between $400 and $1,000 per year and would have to be paid by the beneficiary.
