The HIPAA Enrollment Pro parses the information that is contained in an X12 834 EDI file and generates forms, on screen or paper, which contain the information of each individual enrollment transaction that the EDI file contains. This stand-alone product allows you to extract the information in the 834 transaction, translate most code sets into plain English and display the information in a clear and concise way. Addtionally, ithe HIPAA Enrollment Printer can export the data into any ODBC capable database, create ASCII flat files or Excell spread sheets. The only difference to the enrollment printer is that the enrollment information can be saved in HIPAAsuite's database.

The HIPAA Enrollment Pro will enable you to:

• Display the enrollment information on a form that can be printed.
• Translate codes into their descriptions to show the transaction clearly and understandably.
• Integrate electronic enrollment into an existing system through ODBC data export or through manual data entry.
• Five ouput modes:

  • Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
  • Database Export
• Check enrollment information that is either displayed on the screen or printed on paper, similar to the following example:
