The Center for Disease Control - National Center of Health Statistics is using the HIPAA Claim Master for an important hospital survey.

The CDC in conjunction with Westat, a major government contractor, decided to use the HIPAA Claim Master as EDI translator for a survey of 500 hospitals in the US. A deciding factor apart from the price was the ability to view images of EDI claims and the fact that we can customize the application quickly and tailor it to the specific needs of this survey, among them the support of the 837R transaction, a rare variant of the 837 that is concerned with reporting.
