HIPAA transaction sets version 5010 are coming and HIPAAsuite is ready for it.

The Department for Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Center for Medicaid/Medicare issues new binding guide lines regarding the implementation of a newer version of the HIPAA EDI transaction. Currently we work with version 4010A1. By 1/1/2012 everyone involved with CMS and electronic transaction in the healthcare industry has to use version 5010.

All our products are now 5010 compliant. They will handle 4010 and 5010 transparently.
